Most orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days after confirmation. After dispatching, shipping times vary by destination but usually takes 2-5 business days with express shipping and 7-20 days with standard shipping. Please note that in some rare cases, there may be delays at the customs of the destination country.

Shipping fee is calculated based on actual products and destination of shipping. You can check the exact shipping fees upon checkout.

Currently, we are offering free shipping for orders above US$120 for APAC countries, and US$150 for US/Europe.

For US: All orders will be shipped DDP (Deliver Duty Paid), meaning we will handle your custom tax and handling fees on your behalf. There will be no additional fees that you will need to pay.  

For EU/UK: any applicable tax is automatically added upon checkout for orders valued less than €150 euros for EU and £135 or less for UK.

For Singapore: orders less than SGD 400 are typically not subject to GST

For Australia: orders less than AUD 1000 are typically not subject to import duties and taxes.
