Exchange or refund

After receiving your item, you may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it. 

Returns

If your item is not faulty but you would like to request a return, you can also contact us within 14 days. Items must be unused and in original condition protective packaging. 

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping charges and any applicable import tax, custom charges, as well as handling fees from the shipping carrier are not refundable.

Cancelling orders

If you order has not been shipped yet, it can be cancelled for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible.
